The bit about the role .

Hyve are looking for a talented and creative copy and content producer to join the Creative team full time as the Creative Communications Producer working on the retail portfolio of events. As a motivated, passionate-about-creative individual, you’ll be crafting and delivering compelling copy for marketing campaigns across email, web, social media and printed materials such as adverts, flyers, brochures. You’ll also be our leading web content editor ensuring our multi-channel marketing is always top notch, consistent and readily available.

Key Responsibilities
As part of your job, you’ll be:
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for both online and offline channels from headline copy for adverts to social media, from emails to web pages and brochures. Delivering relevant, customer-focused communications with emotion and purpose that resonate and drive responses while adhering to brand portfolio KPIs.

  • Be able to adapt tone-of-voice and demonstrate an understanding of copy requirements and its purpose across the different marketing channels.

  • Manage email copy and content with the Marketing team and Automation team ensuring messaging is on-brand and engaging while hitting KPIs and deadlines. Ensuring that copy and imagery is provided on schedule and is consistent through-out all marketing touchpoints.

  • Work closely with the Digital Experience team to provide content including copy, imagery and templates with consideration to the online customer journey and mobile user. Be a key collaborator on SEO and A/B testing projects.

  • Be on top of website updates, amends, new launches. As a web content editor, ensuring key campaigns are communicated effectively and creatively at all times especially during peak show times, just before and after the events.

  • Ensure that all marketing touchpoints are consistent, considered for their channel and adhere to the brand tone-of-voice and creative.

  • Work with all delivery teams to:

  • Prioritise the delivery of all briefs / communications in line with delivery dates and requirements across each event portfolio.

  • Understand, challenge and translate communication briefs into marketing communications that form the campaign plan.

  • Be a creative thinker in all aspects of the role, from contributing fresh ideas in meetings to problem-solving and project management.

  • Skills Required
    And here’s what we’re looking for from you:
  • One to two years’+ experience working within a creative/content capacity.

  • Must have strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of previously written work across a variety of marketing channels.

  • Ability to interpret design and communication briefs to be able to write compelling copy while thinking about the final designed deliverable.

  • Able to project manage own workload, time and effectively manage up to stakeholders.

  • Working in a demanding, fast paced environment, on multiple projects often at different stages, where the ability to prioritise is critical to success.

  • Demonstrate understanding of the specific communication and design requirements for different marketing channels.

  • An understanding of digital channels, best practice user journey and the mobile customer journey.

  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt tone, messaging and content to different audiences and their behaviour to attract, engage and influence.

  • A demonstratable passion for creating compelling content that elevates brand proposition.

  • Experience of working closely with digital and marketing teams.

  • Some Photoshop skills a plus, not required.

  • Exceptional process, project management and organisational skills, ensuring the successful, timely delivery of creative projects involving multiple stakeholders.
